Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Network Specialist to join a long-term DoD program supporting the Department of the Navy located in New Orleans, LA.
The Network Specialist will assist with end-user desktop support across numerous Marine Corps installations worldwide.
Responsibilities for the Network Specialistinclude:
oAssist with Network Admin supportoHelp resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issuesoWork directly with Marines, Government Civilians, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues oMeet service goals by opening and closing tickets, executing scripts, and answering callsRequired Qualifications for the Network Specialistinclude:
oMust have an Active Secret Clearanceo5
Years of Network Admin experienceoActive IAT II Certification (Security+) and CCNAoExperience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and support for IT devicesCompensation for the Network Specialistinclude:
oSalary Range:
$80,000-115,000 depending on years of experience and certifications oFull Standard
